Harold Dixon Bell Jr.77, of Haskell, Arkansas passed away December 3, 2022. Harold was born March 26, 1945 to the late Harold Dixon Bell Sr. and Gloria (Taylor) Bell.

Harold loved riding his motorcycle with the love of his life, Cindy. They enjoyed riding all over and going on adventures. He loved his blind and was always dressed to the nines in his Harley attire. When Harold lived in Alaska, he loved fishing with his friend, Wayne. He also enjoyed hunting with his friend, Sal. Some of Harold’s favorite moments were porch sitting with Cindy. He loved his fur babies: Alley, Snickers, and Tricksy. Harold loved his family and was extremely protective of them.

Harold is preceded in death by his parents: Harold Dixon Bell Sr. and Gloria (Taylor) Bell; and grandson, Mylo.

Harold is survived by the love of his life, Cindy Bell; son, Gary Bell; daughters: Stacey Baxley (Brian), Ashley Powell (Michael), Micah “Haley” Love, and Josey Olmstead (Justin); grandchildren: Bryce, Olivia, Mallory, Mason, Jason, Maddox, Maddie, Jocelyn, and Lily and Lucah who will be born in February 2023; great-grandson, Waylon; brothers: Kenneth (Mo) and Bobby (Gale); as well as a host of family members and friends who will all miss him dearly.

Michael “Mike” Gene Ivie75, of Benton, Arkansas walked into the arms of Jesus on December 5, 2022. He was born on July 6, 1947 in Newport, Arkansas to the late Gene Ivie and Mae Lou Magee Ogden.

Mike was a member of Benton First Assembly of God. Jesus was the most important person in the world to Mike. He served his community for over five years in the food pantry at the church, providing meals for hundreds of families. Mike had a servant’s heart and loved to give and do for others. He was quite the character and was the biggest prankster. Mike was affectionately called “Papa” by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom he adored. He took his granddaughters to their father-daughter dances when their father was working out of state. Mike was an amazing husband, father, papa, and friend who leaves a legacy behind of serving God whole-heartedly.

Preceding Mike in death are his father, Gene Ivie; mother, Mae Lou Ogden; and stepfather, Clemon Ogden.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of over forty-seven years, Pam Ivie of Benton, Arkansas; children: Russell Ivie and wife Paula of Morton, Illinois, Paula Elvins and husband Jay of Gravette, Arkansas, Amy Crowley and husband Michael of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Michelle Ivie of Benton, Arkansas; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; Siblings: Sharon, Marquita, Cindy, Lori, and Marc; stepmother, Leona Ivie of Peoria, Illinois; and many family members and friends who love Mike and will miss him always.

Private graveside service will be held Wednesday at Mount Harmony Cemetery followed by a Memorial Celebration at noon at Benton First Assembly of God, 1801 Hot Springs Hwy, Benton, AR 72019.

Memorials may be made to Benton First Assembly of God Food Pantry. Any floral tributes can be delivered to Benton First Assembly of God.

James Thomas Holcombe, Sr.84, of Mabelvale, Arkansas passed away on Monday, November 28, 2022. He was born to the late, Lewis Guy and Mary Faye (Britt) Holcombe, on Friday, October 14, 1938, in Nashville, Arkansas.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Bettye Holcombe; five sons, Dennis Tripp, Chet Napier, Richard Napier, Tommy Holcombe, Jr., and Chuck Napier; two daughters, Debbie Johnson and Laurie Ellis; multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren; two sisters, Helen Townsend (Mert) and Judy Waddle (JE); his many musical friends and family he accumulated over the 45 years of playing; along with other family and friends who all love him and will miss him dearly.

Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2023, from 12:30 PM until in Bee Branch, Arkansas 72013.

Cecelia Theresa Reyes Cochran Lampkin, 81, of Mabelvale, Arkansas passed away and went home to be with her heavenly Father on Sunday, December 4th, 2022, at 5:50 PM surrounded by the love of her family. She was born to the late, Gavino and Luciana “Lucy” (Martinez) Reyes, on Friday, January 31st, 1941, in Blue Water, New Mexico. Then she was baptized on March 23rd, 1941, at Sacred Hearts in Gallup, New Mexico. Cecelia was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church. She was a dedicated employee at the Veterans Hospital and retired after 37 years of service. Cecelia enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite holidays were Easter and Christmas when all of her family and friends came to visit. She loved to cook her families’ favorite things to eat for the holidays. Everyone who came to her house knew they would find their favorite things from enchiladas, green chili, hot tamales, sopapilla, fried rice, pecan and pumpkin pie. Although our hearts are hurting right now, we will see her again someday.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jim Lampkin; her beloved sons, Delphard Anthony Cochran and Joshua Andrew Cochran; So, my beloved granddaughter, Amber Nicole Mazurek.

She is survived by her six children, James Cochran (Tammy), Joseph Cochran (Tracie), Patricia Gentry (Doug), Julie Murphy, Jodie Hicks (Joshua), and Jackie Strickland (Johnny); twenty grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; along with numerous other family and friends who all love her and will miss her dearly.

Cecelia’s visitation will be held on Thursday, December 8th, 2022, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home and her celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 9th, 2022, at 10:00 AM at St Theresa Catholic Church.
