Wabash Ave., Springfield, IL 62711 and Unknown Necessary Parties and Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants. The requisite affidavit for service by publication having been filed, notice is given you, unknown necessary parties, unknown owners and non-record claimants, defendants in the above-entitled action, that the action was commenced in the Circuit Court of Macon County, Chancery Division, by the plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure and for other relief of a certain mortgage conveying the premises described as follows: Parcel 1: A part of Lot Ten (10) of Mueller 3rd Resurvey more particularly described as follows : Beginning at an iron pin on the North right of way line of lmboden Drive 50 feet North and 17 50 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East, 3rd PM, Macon County, Illinois; then Northerly perpendicular to the North right of way line 276.00 feet to an iron pin, then Northwesterly on a line forming an interior angle of 127 degrees 39 minutes 31.6 seconds with the preceding course 290 53 feet to an iron pin, then Southerly perpendicular to the said North right of way line 453.50 feet to an iron pin on the said North right of way line, then Easterly along said right of way line 230.00 feet to the point of beginning (Except coal and other minerals underlying the surface of said land and all rights and easements in favor of the Estate of said coal and other minerals). An undivided one-half interest in the property was conveyed to Dennis M Espinoza by Deed dated April 4, 1997, of record in Book 2710, Page 70, and an undivided one-half interest in the property was conveyed to Dennis M. Espinoza and Rosemary Espinoza, husband and wife, in joint tenancy, by Deed dated April 14, 2006, of record in Book 3695, Page 822, both in the Office of the Recorder of Macon County, Illinois. Parcel 2: Lots Three (3) and Four (4) of Redwood Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 1832, Page 598 of the Records in the Recorder’s Office of Macon County Situated in Macon County, Illinois An undivided one-half interest in the property was conveyed to Dennis. M. Espinoza by Deed dated February 1, 2002, of record in Book 3153, Page 479. and an undivided one-half interest in the property was conveyed to Dennis M Espinoza and Rosemary Espinoza, husband and wife, in joint tenancy, by Deed dated April 14, 2006, of record in Book 3695. Page 822, both in the Office of the Recorder of Macon County, Illinois. PIN: 04-12-27-129-003 Commonly known as: 606 W. Imboden Drive, Decatur, IL 62521 The Mortgages recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in Macon County, Illinois, are as follows: 1. Mortgage dated March 4, 2020, and recorded March 11, 2020, as Document No. 1958433, executed by Dennis M. Espinoza and Rosemary Espinoza, for Square E, LLC, and given to Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company, to secure a note in the amount of $1,500,000.00 and such other sums as provided therein. 2. Mortgage dated March 4, 2020, and recorded March 11, 2020, as Document No. 1958434, executed by Dennis M. Espinoza and Rosemary Espinoza, for Square E, LLC, and given to Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company, to secure a note in the amount of $1,000,000.00 and such other sums as provided therein. Summons was duly issued out of the Court against you as provided by law and the action is now pending.
