ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Tire and custom wheel retailer, RNR Tire Express rolls into Rockford with a grand opening event Saturday afternoon marking its fifth location in the state.
Located at 1209 South Alpine Road in Rockford, the store offers a variety of brand-name tires and wheels.
General manager for the new location, Max Gastel says the pandemic may have caused people to delay car care, including replacing tires, which can put drivers at an increased risk.
He believes having quality tires on your vehicle can keep you and your family safe.
“I’ve grown up in Rockford my whole life, went to school and came back and started working and found out about this opportunity and my goals and RNR’s goals lined up pretty close, I’m all about serving the community and being here for folks and being here for the car community for service as well,” Gastel said.
