Brief synopsis of what may have happened:

At approximately 6:35 a.m. this evening emergency personnel were called to the area of ​​Hill Street and N 3rd Street for a possible rollover accident.

Upon arrival one male was seen laying in the roadway next to a vehicle on its roof, no other occupants were inside the vehicle.

Initial reports were of a possible ejection from the vehicle but it is now being reported he self extricated.

He was transported by ambulance to a local hospital with what are being described as possible serious but non life threatening injuries.
