CHICAGO – A new list of the “Best Small Cities in America” could fuel the fire for the people encouraging Illinois residents to move to Indiana.
Carmel, Indiana is the second best small town in America according to Wallet Hub. They rated 1,300 cities on 43 quality of life indicators ranging from housing costs to the quality of the school system to restaurants per capita.
Other cities in Indiana in the top percent are Zionsville and Westfield. Fishers, Indiana is in the 98th percentile.
