Big Ten Power Rankings after Week 12 — Wisconsin gets one step closer

The stage is set for a weekend rivalry in the Big Ten with championship matchup on either side of the conference.

Ohio State will be visiting Michigan for a trip to Indianapolis and to keep playoff hopes alive after the Buckeyes overran Michigan State and the Wolverines had no issues with Maryland that weekend.

Then there’s Big Ten West, where Wisconsin has a chance to win the division with a win in Minnesota this coming weekend. A Golden Gopher win would complicate things as we would then turn to Iowa vs. Nebraska and Purdue vs. Indiana to see which school will be crowned division champions.

Big Ten West Scenarios in Week 12:

-UW beats MN: Wisconsin wins division
-MN beats UW, Iowa beats NB: Iowa wins division
-MN beats UW, NEB beats Iowa, PD beats IU: MN wins
-MN beats UW, NEB beats Iowa, IU beats PD: Wisconsin wins #Badgers
