(NASDAQ Capital: IROQ) (the “Company”), the holding company for Iroquois Federal Savings and Loan Association, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per common share. The dividend will be paid on October 14, 2022, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 23, 2022.
