A quick look at the calendar says we are in the middle of July, and that always felt like college football – including most importantly, Ohio State football – was coming for me. Preview magazines are out on newsstands (if you still leaf through those that is), watch lists are starting to come out, and seemingly every website on the free and not so free internet is speculating about where teams will fall and who will win the Heisman .
More than that, some of the oddsmakers are also adding more and more futures content out there for the gambling types. Our friends at Tipico have been filtering some of these out on their website and we follow it harder than Jim Harbaugh follows the khaki sales in and around Ann Arbor weekly.
The latest odds from Tipico have expected win totals for each team, but being that we’re all about Ohio State and the Big Ten, we are most concerned about what the league shapes up according to the wise guys out in Sin City.
So, we decided to rank the expected win totals for Ohio State and its Big Ten brethren for 2022 for your reading and debating pleasure. Here’s how things line up from very modest expectations down to the team with the most to lose this fall.
