HAMILTON, Ohio (WXIX) – The Butler County Coroner’s Office has identified the man and woman killed in a murder-suicide on Saturday.
Samantha Bowling, 30, died from gunshot wounds at a home on Rockford Drive in Hamilton, the coroner concluded from the autopsy.
Pedro Julio Corcino, 31, died from self-inflicted gunshot wounds, the coroner’s office determined.
The Hamilton Police Department said officers were called to Bowling’s Rockford Drive home around 9 am Saturday for an unknown problem.
The officers found both Bowling and Corcino unresponsive, police explained.
Medics arrived and determined they were dead.
Hamilton police have not said how or if the two knew each other, but they did write in their report that Corcino lives at an apartment in Fairfield.
